Respected Sir/Madam,
I Nitin Kumar Agarwal, working at Malaysia on employment permit with my wife. My company is Indian while my wife company is MNC. My wife is pregnant and her due date is in month of december 2011. Due to this my parents presence is required at that time and for that i have to apply passport both of them.
But there is one criminal case on my parents, as per High court stay order this is not a criminal case. My parents had bought a property but currently at this another person grasp the property illegally. We have all the proofs while another party display fraud documents. He has made a criminal case on us, so we took the stay order from the High Court Allahabad. High Court says that this a civil case and gave the color of criminal case.
