Regarding two wheeler insurance

4 months ago my brother and his friend died in a road accident , they were riding a two wheeler which has been registered on my father's name.i just want to know that is there any clause or policy under two wheeler insurance that provides accident cover for rider as well as pillion

Yes you can claim.. Whats about the accident? I mean two wheeler vs ........ ? If you insured your two wheeler for both ( rider and billion rider) mean you can claim for both, if you insured for rider only mean you can claim for the rider only. But if that accident with an another vehicle mean you can claim from that another vehicle's insurer.. They have to pay the claim.

No issue about the insurance policy with whom, but one condition at the time of accident rider have to be with a valid driving license.

Some insurance companies are providing clause for pillion riders also. Even though the owner has not accepted the clause then also the pillion rider can claim.
