I want to register a software company.
My plan is to provide web development
,software development service
Computer courses , certificate courses, and computer hardware
All type of tenders relates to computer in govt offices.
So please suggest me.

If you propose your business as Private Limited Company, you have to register the same with Registrar of Companies under Companies Act. If you take up the business of computer education, you can have franchisee with the recognized Institutes.

First tell what is turnover . How much iinvestment you are going to do. This is important while selecting proper form of business organization. Else you end up doing compliance after some time you stop compliance and lakhs of company dormamt not filling even annual returns under companies act to MCA. When you ans my question i will guide you in selecting proper form of organization. Regarding investment and turnover please be honest

I know turnover can not be told now but how much you expect tell realistic figure. Your question should be which form of business organization i should establish. ?And what is the procedure?
To determine ans to question you need to disclose some business financial things because most imp thing taxation and compliance under relevant law are major factor deciding this decision

Selecting correct legal form organization is very imp. Decision when establishing business . It involves various business organization law , taxation law , labour law, govt policy etc. This has to be thought properly even if there is 1 employee or thousands

Thanks Madhu. Its a new startup ..so can't tell abt turnover. May be 6-7 lakhs annualy. Investment 2 lakhs.govt tenders are noRmally in the range of 6-10 lakhs for computer hardware AMC data feeding etc job works
These things are in my mind now. Please guide

Don't form Pvt Ltd Company in my opinion . I recommend Pvt. Ltd.Company to only those whose turn over can be min. 20 lakhs .
This I tell after observing various compliance under Companies Act. People register company they don't do compliance and at end of day they became shell company and waste of money to CA and CS.
You do business on your own name as Proprietor. If your state has shop and establishment act (99% your state will have) then do registration under it . Get PAN card under Income Tax Act, If VAT is applicable (There is ceiling in VAT Act that till specific turn over you pay nominal fixed Tax and you may /may not require registration depends upon state to state)
This will reduce your compliance cost very less , practically investment to do all things less than 1000/- only.
Tax benefit are good for individual with this much turnover on the other hand Pvt. Ltd. Company won't enjoy tax benefit which are for individual at this level.
There is vast permutation and combination but taking all in account go for Proprietorship. (This I tell even after knowing my state policy for computer related work to individual)
