Respected Sir/Madam
I would like to know that what is the proper procedure for registering a firm ?It is not a company,it's a firm.Since there are lot of organisations online for registration of firms,is it advisable to go through them ?
Can a lawyer from Jammu help in registering a firm in New Delhi ?Can it be done from Jammu ?

Dear Rakhi in which department you want to register your company? It depends upon your answer whether a person from Jammu can get your firm registered here in Delhi or not or will it be viable for you to get registered from Jammu ? Please clear it.

Sir,basically we want our company name and logo to be registered.....I have no clue about the department or the procedures how to go about it !

contact a local consultant and avail his/her services which would be more proper than going by the advises sought online.

Dear Rakhi,
Now it is clear that you want patent registration for your firm and logo. So please contact a local person consultant who is dealing in Trade Marks and Patents registration.
