I want to start computer training institute to students and working people . How to do registration? To whom the registration has to be done and what is the procedure to get license for such ?

You simply need to register under shop registration Act of the state where it has to be opened,there is no other regulatory authority in this regard.

yes get it regsitered under shop establishment act . further whether you are running insitiute as proprietorship or partnership firm ? if as firm get it regd with registrar of firms
