Regrading to testament of father property

Thanks for solved my query of Mr. Raj Kumar Makked sir. Sir, Please now tell me, have any rights to my children & wife in the my biological father property. They can claim for the property. If no, how is the legal successor of his property.

on your father death your mother and children are the legal heirs . your wife and children dont have any rights on your father self acquired property

As you have no right in the properties of your biological parents so the question of right of your wife and children in that property do no arise.

Thanks for need full help. Sir, My Bio-logical father want to gives the property names of my wife & Children on his pleasure. can he do this. If it is not possible, how is the legal heirs of his property. Because, nobody any other family member me & my family .

If no one other than you is family member of your biological father then how he has given you in adoption of your real uncle?

Anyway, if the fact given by subsequently is true then your father can very well gift that property without any hitch.
