Every answer to the query with settled law position with latest judgments/citations is good. Simple opinions of these members not improve the legal knowledge. Can one and all accept it? can't we adopt it from now it self?

My friend,it is not possible that every answer is given with the citation because it involves labour but I understand that there are certain learned friends who reply queries with due diligent and provision oflaw. I have also felt I am learning out of those replies.and opinions may differ but they have legal background and experience, interpretation of law and facts differ from lawyer to lawyer, and that is why citations are required to support the view.

I do agree with niranjan and I do not set aside your desire. It is good if we may try to put forth relevant citations in support of our replies.

The questioners are of two types:
a) a client who wants to know about the prospects of his case in general or to satisfy himself about the situation around him.

b) the professionals who want to go deep into the matter and analyse the case about its success or failure.

If a client queries, then advise with settled law position is sufficient. What does he understand by case law and how can he put it to use. If a professional queries, then case laws are better.

Whereas Mr. Ravindra Babu's wishes are good, what could be done if the questioner is not coming up with accurate facts with finer details running into pages to offer clinically perfect answers.
