Release deed

My uncle produced a forged Release Deed in favour of him from my father & his brother in 1949. There is no parent document mentioned in the release deed. They are trying to sell the property with that release deed. Case in Madras High court. Is it possible to get a release deed without mother document? Please reply Sir.

The property relates to the year 1949, there is no possibility of having parent documents as it seems that the property is ancestral as per your query. In older days the parent document is not necessary for a release deed but nowadays the parent document is necessary roughly for all documents.

Thanks sir. There are documents even older
than this still exist. My great grandfather was in possession according to the deed. But no records to prove he was lived and died there.

Since the matter is pending at high court in an appeal, you better wait for the disposal of the cae by the appellate court. It is not known what the trial court had decided, hence without any details no proper opinion can be rendered on the basis of your vague enquiry.
