Removal of service of surveyors after issue of appointment proceedings by jt collector adilabad ts

(Querist) 22 March 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I, K. Srinivas S/o. Venkatesh after completion of Training from (NAC) National Academy of Constitution in land records survey total 31 candidates got appointed vide Proc. No. A3/1019/2007 and attached with regular sureyors for appranticeship (period 13-11-2007 to 16-02-2009). The Asst. Director Survey, Adilabad issued removal proceeding No. A3/1019/2007 and this the same proceeding of appointment issued by Jt. Collector used as removal proceeding by Asst. direcotr Surveyo Adilabad.
While removing all 31 candidates after completion of apprenticeship period, has issued orders of appointment to retired surveyors (15) and 1 KP surveyors (12) total 27 candidates got appointed and also informed not to utilize services of NAC surveyors from 16-02-2009.

Please advise what step to be taken for re-appointment of NAC surveyors who got removed after completing apprenticeship for (31) candidates whether apper at Tribunal court or High court, Hyderabad or any other suggesion from your esteem FAQ.

Appointment as apprenticeship do not confer any right to be absorbed. It is not an appointment letter rather part of training.
