Removing corrupt MM

Where one should complain for removing corrupt judge or MM, If one can prove that in a criminal case the corrupt judge /MM has passed a foul order intentionally ? Is it not important to weed out such thugs from judicial services ?

Any viable solution ?

The District and Session Judge or in the alternative the Chief Justice of Concerned High Court.

No easy solution. First get the order / judgment set aside from higher court.

Till you do it your complaint has no value and meaning.

If you are aggrieved by the MM in any manner apart from the order passes then you could lodge a complaint against that judge/magistrate to the CMM or the Chief Justice of the state.
