Sir,
as i wrote earlier, in my maintenance application the order grant from the date of application (08.08.2008) and the order is 15000/= p.m. ( 10000/= p.m. for my daughter and 5000/= p.m. for the lady )
I applied to higher court and stay is grant with payment of 50% of arrers which is
360000/= before 12th and I give that....
My main question is she had also done RCR on me and also filed sec 24 in that ...
I need to give answer on this 18th for this case ....
What should be my answer ?
My lawyertold me that " You should give reply court In written plea that I m ready to took her back...As she is playing game with me for grab much money from me....when I reply that she will be under the coat.... "
But I m in fear that If she took a chance to harrase me and come back for few days and returned as she did earlier than what should I do ???
She and her lawer had stratgy to collect money from me .. how can i protect myself by wasted this kind of money in sec 24???

your lawyer is right . in RCR take plea that you are willing to allow her to stay with you . you have to show that you are most reasonable man on earth .
well you have to take a calculated gamble
