My Father who was Karta of HUF has expired and we want to dissolved HUF and are Looking for draft of HUF Dissolution deed.

apprise your counsel with all the facts and party names, he will make appropriate document for you.

certainly you will have to shell out a bit of money but you will get a better work done as per your need.

HUF of your father dissolves on the full partition of his property, there is no separate dissolution deed that needs to be executed rather you must execute a partition deed.
