Requirment of available of firm name

i want to formation of partnership firm but it is mandatory to apply for availability of firm name to the registrar of firms in Maharashtra.

The Partnership Registration Office will first search for name availability. If available, , they will allot u firm name applied by you, otherwise keep in Objection with option to choose any other name.
U can verify at Bandra [collector office] Registrar for Name avlb.

but i do not want to apply for name of the firm to registrar of firm. because i want to formation the firm within one day it is very urgent.but my application is valid for registration

If your requirement is to get it done within one day and also legally then you can get it only in dreams.
