Resignation not accepted

(Querist) 12 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I joined a psu, and was working nicely but the work enviroment was not good illegal ways were in place so i decided to resign as i was forced to sign documents which was inapporiate as per procedure, I went to reisg and made a dd for bond which was not accepted but took the letter and dd and kept, now i am confused what should i do, hwom should i contact HRD DEPT?. i dont want to work in public sector, but still if some oppurtunity comes should i tell them i was working in psu bank and my resignation process was not completed nobody is aware i was in some bank and can i join other bank or any central govt service.

pls state about any restrictive clause (if any) in your service agreement, and after leaving do take a proper reliving letter which will be helpful to count your experience

immediate Boss, with copy to higher authority.

I have already sent my resignation letter to HRD ZONAL OFFICE AND CMD, yet no reply has been given.
I am due to join another service on 22nd but dont know whether i should tell them. My service agrrement shows to pay the bond amount only and i have submiteed it to the branch manager with resignation letter and mentioned it to my senior thorgh mail and REGISTER AD
MY OUT MOST QUESTION IS can i join other bank without telling them that i was in a diffrent bank for 5 months
