A private complain filed u/s 499-500 of ipc - deformation which rejected - revision filed to appelate court which was also rejected - SP Criminal Application filed before High Court u/s article 227 which dismissed
Now only remedy is to file Leave to Appeal before S of India
L CPC provides for restoration or refiling filing petition before trial court
Now my query is as below
Can we file restoration application or refiling of petition in lower court under provisions of CRMA & IPC

You have explored all legal recourses. Now only SC is left to be explored. Do so but going back to lower court is no more possible.
