There are unrelated queries. Yet be advised as:
Voluntary Retirement acceptance is at the sole discreation of employer. He can either accept it or reject it.
Resignation can not be refused as in almost every contract of service there is clause of resignation or /termination. A contract of personal service can not be enforced. If there is no inquiry/disciplinary proceedings pending against you, no deduction can be made from your dues if your resignation is as per terms of contract i.e. requirement of notice etc. Union litigation has no bearing on acceptance or rejection of your resignation. If a settlement on any demands of union is arrived at subsequent to your resignation, it shall apply to you or not shall depend upon the terms of agreement.
