Revenue site khata registration procedure

Dear Sir,

I have purchased revenue site on 2006 in chickmaore, karnataka, documents registered in my name but no pahani my name, no pay tax the muncipal office, but MR showing in online status that rejected due to non submitted agricultural labor certificate. please help me what is the procedure to make cmc khata.

Please contact the concerned department to know the reasons of rejections and resubmit the same after rectification of error.

yes, they required agricultural land pahani in my name to approved MR registration but i don't have pahani in my name but in my father name having old pahani and that land sold out. is this pahani eligible

Subsequent to purchase the buyer has to apply for updation in mutation records and pay all relevant fees and taxes..................

Either inquire the process and procedure locally in person from local concerned office, complete the process and resolve in person or lean or local counsel.....handling such matters.
