If a person has got a bail in the case of 498a, 201 and 304b from high court..can this judgments is challengable and what is the process for that..

The de facto complaint can file petition for cancellation of bail in the high court u/s 439 crpc.

Generally bail orders are not reviewed unless the bail terms have openly been violated by accused persons.

Agreeing with the views expressed by expert Mr. Makkad on the subject issue, until and unless there is an evidence of gross violation of the conditions of bail, in ordinary terms, it may not be cancelled.
