Dear sir..I had applied for the post of Graduate Teacher under state public service commission. I was not satisfied with the selection process so i asked them to provide my Written Paper and marks statement. Initially they refused but when i approached the RTI Commission, they gave my answer sheets and marks. My marks was good and again i applied for answer sheets of the candidates who were selected for the said post but they denied me saying that "RTI does not permit third party information and prior consent from the selected candidates is required"...therefore my query is
is the information i asked for is restricted under RTI Act and third party information is defined under RTI Act?
Kindly help me to get answer of this two question please.
