1- what points u have considered before passing xyz order

2- what causes u applied while rejecting the other parties arguments

3- what were the reasons to ignore the other party counsel presented numerous higher court judgements in the same subject

No. you can challenge the Order by way of review or appeal.

You can not question the judge under RTI Act.

RTI act is to provide you the information what is available on records. By RTI you can not ask the reason for any body's opinion.

NO you can not ask these quetions under RTI act. RTI act is only to provide the information available on record. Your can challenge the order in appeal or revision and you can put up these question in your appeal.
