(Querist) 19 December 2009 This query is : Resolved 
I obtained the docuements through Right to Information Act and intends to file in the court.

1) Whether it will be Secondary or Primary Evidence

2) How to Exhibit it ?

Pls provide any citation urgently...

its a secondary evidence, you will have to call for the relevant record by way of process of court and prove the contents as according to the law.
