Rights of a person's name in a will where there is a nominee too

I would like to know the details for a person to be a member of a cooperative housing society when his or her mother has made a will. What will the society ask from the person to submit in the society?

The will takes effect only after the death of the testator.

Agreed with the experts. The Will is operative only after the demise of Testator.

Upon the testators death the Will will come into force, then if necessity, grant of probate may be sought through court.
