Dear All,

Today i have read new update on RTI. There is an update in RTI stating that we can have information about political parties information under section 2(h). How they are getting funds and how they are utilizing it. I have one query regarding this.
1. Can we ask our MLA's and MP regarding there funds.
2. How much funds they are getting from government for development of there constitution.
3.How they have utilized it and how much remaining there.
4. How much they have spend on there constitutional area.

We had to wait for the full judgment. As it appears only the parties' appointed PIO can answer RTI quires. Still guide lines had to be given on whether individual MP's MLA's contribution had to be declared or only cumulative contribution
