hello experts,
mai aap logon se ye janna chahata hun ki, kya vo officer jo state information commission mai hearing ke time per information ko bola ki, vo public authority nahi hai, uske baad yadi vo public information officer ki seal use karta hai, to kya ye crime nhi hai, kya usko power hai, jab ki information commission appealant ki appeal ko is base per kharij kar chuka ho, kya ese officer ko govt ya law ye power deta hai ki vo public authority bante hu SPIO ki seal use kare,
ese officer per kya charge lagta hai, please reply me soon

स्टेट पब्लिक इन्फार्मेशन कमीशन के निर्णय से नहीं आपको ऐसे अधिकारी द्वारा वहाँ दाखिल किए गए जवाब से वास्ता होगा। अगर उस अधिकारी ने अपने जवाब मे कहीं भी अपने आप को जन-अधिकारी नहीं हूँ, ऐसा लिखा है तो निश्चित ही ऐसा अधिकारी ना केवल धारा 340 फ़ौजदारी के अंतर्गत बल्कि और भी कई धाराओं के तहत दंड का भागी होगा और उसके विरुद्ध विभागीय जांच और अनुशाश्नात्म्क कार्यवाही भी हो सकेगी।
