Rules pertaining to maharashtra housing society

please help me in this following matters
1)what is the maximum period of time for which a housing society can provide the basic facilities to its members without paying the maintenance charges?
2)what is provision about making penalty for non payment of maintenance charges to housing society
3)if someone in housing society is not paying the maintenance charges from previous months then what is the legal actions must have completed against that person by housing society
4)what is the legal procedure to get till date society's all financial details about expenditure,balance on hand,defaulters list and action taken against defaulters?
5)if any discrepancy found in society's record then whom to complaint about this fact?
6)if the society's chairman/secretory fail to give above details then what is the legal action can be taken against them?
7)do any secretory/chairman have power to take the monthly dues if paid after due date without penalty or giving concession in dues?if not then what are actions cn be taken against society's secretory/chairman

1. Till its health allows.

2. It depends upon the bye-laws of the society.

3. He must have been demanded the arrears and subsequently have been warned.

4. Move an application to the soceity office bearers and demand such information as you want to seek.

5. Assistant Registrar.

6. Complaint can be filed against them before Joint Registrar.

7. Depends upon bye-laws of the society.

ANS: As long as Soc decide. Take 11 for recovery of dues.
2)what is provision about making penalty for non payment of maintenance charges to housing society:
ANS: Can impose penalty
3)if someone in housing society is not paying the maintenance charges from previous months then what is the legal actions must have completed against that person by housing society
ANS: Take 101 action
4)what is the legal procedure to get till date society's all financial details about expenditure,balance on hand,defaulters list and action taken against defaulters?
ANS: Ask in AGM
5)if any discrepancy found in society's record then whom to complaint about this fact?
ANS: Registrar
6)if the society's chairman/secretory fail to give above details then what is the legal action can be taken against them?
ANS: Complaint to Registrar
7)do any secretory/chairman have power to take the monthly dues if paid after due date without penalty or giving concession in dues?if not then what are actions cn be taken against society's secretory/chairman
ANS: Yes, if agreed in AGM
