Sale agreement & registered gpa.

(Querist) 23 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
a builder has entered into a registered sale agreement & has paid full consideration of the property.he has also registered an irrevocable gpa so that he can make plots &sell them in future.my qery is
1.say the gpa giver dies can the builder still execute this registered gpa?
2.if not as per sale agreement full consideration of land is been recieved by gpa giver,what rights will the builder have on this land?
3.say the gpa holder dies,can his inheritor have rights in this land?

1. GPA is during the pleasure/lifetime of executor. When GPA is irrevocable and with consideration it can be executed.
2. Answer is affermative, hence if not is over/out.
3. Yes, the LRs of deceased attorney has their right.
