sale deed signature verification

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 April 2011 This query is : Resolved
the signature on sale deed are already accepted by the seller in the court. But the police is still asking the for original document for signature verification by cfsl.
Is it necessary to get the signature verification in this case? while seller has already accepted his signature on sale deed in court.
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 08 April 2011
when police asking for the cfsl then it is necessary to obtain the signature of the seller.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 April 2011
The law is 'fact admitted need not be proved'. Now when the process is already initiated to prove the signature it is better to provide the same in stead of merely relying upon the admission of the seller.
