Sale of open car parking in builder's societies

(Querist) 05 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
There was a Supreme Court Judgement in the year 2010 in which it was stated that the builders cannot sale open car parking spaces in builder's societies.

What is the present status? Is there any
further ruling by SC on this matter?

Please update on this issue.
