My uncle are two co heir as owner , ie uncle and her sister .her sister sold undevided share without consent of co owner.Now purchaser is refused entry.what remedy .if resistence and physical fight qurrel happens , what will happen and if partition suit is filed by purchaser what will happen to the share sold ie.who will keeo produce. Till disposal of case.thanks.

First it is not clear as to whether your uncle and his sister are joint owner of the property or co-owner of the same.

Anupam lahiri, Sir.They(my uncle and her sister are co heir as the property is inherited from their fathrr and their name is in mutation .sister sold without consent , new purchaser is denied entry ., who will make use of land till partition is finalised as sister has already sold.whether can obtsin interim order of use till disposal of partition case or he can get receiver appoinsed till disposal.thanks.
