If you have the separate possession of the property allotted to your father then you can sell the the same with the consent of your father.

You have no right in the property till your father is alive.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 03 April 2015
Until there is a proper partition and separate possession, one cannot claim its ownership hence there is no right for anyone to sell the property which he does not own. Further it appears to be a share of property inherited by your father through his mother therefore it becomes his own property and not an ancestral property. thus only your father has a right to sell, dispose the same in the manner he chooses to, nowhere you have any right to it.
