Would anyone please provide me with a sample Employee Engagement letter / NDA / Consultant Agreement which contains the confidentiality issues and also EXIT formalities in the best interest of the Company

Rajyalaxmi garu,
in your query u, urself stated that so called letter " which contains confidentiality issues & also exit formalities" .....then how it is possible to provide the same in this column?, when it amounts to confidentiality.
If u require the same it is better to send/provide the respective terms and conditions, subsequently if it requires any modifications it can be rectified as per your requirements.
