My parents name is in fir for my moms brother full drinker he said bad words to relatives in that case registered in police station my parents kept sign to release him so will i get bank job or not.

If there's a criminal case pending against him then he has to reveal the information in the application form for job failing which if it is found in the background verification then it may adversely impact his employment.
