good evening experts.,
this query may be hurt somebody., even i dont care about them. they are deserve for that.
now a days some of experts giving answers only for increase their scores and points in hall of fame., their true intention not to give opinion to layman, not to solve their problems., using some tactics for scoring.,
am request you to stop these things.,
am collecting statistics about their points details., while i resolve this query i will disclose their name and their tactics to earn points.
please experts support me to save the dignity of this forum's.

Please dont do that. The truth may hurt many.
I value your concern. The administrator should not give marks to the "I agree" type of answers. Then the entire problems will get solved.
Let us have our own self control, not to say " I agree".

well Tom please dont mind, the same parameters apply to you as well.
though my appearance is very less nowadays...but I ve nothing personal against any member.
pls observe the way you post your replies.
most of the times you split your answers into 2 or more posts that increases your number of contributions.
Be a good lawyer, dont worry about numbers, a prudent person wont judge a lawyer here with the numbers scored but with the quality of replies given.
There was a member Munshi Ji (now removed from LCI), this guy appeared on LCI through separate ids....I could never knew who that guy was but that gentleman though criticized by many really taught me a lot about practice.
So its better to concentrate upon your work and knowledge...ranking on LCI wont do any good to your professional career....its a knowledge based portal...learn, observe and teach....thereafter apply it all to your professional work.
Actual performance is to be shown in courts ....you are just like my brother so please dont find my words offensive in nature.

yes mr.kiran., while i show my second finger towards any one, three of my fingers showing towards me., so always am ready to accept any comment about me.
thanks for your observation about me., same time you can visit my earlier queries reply. some times i will give opinion to more than one aspect., at the time i will split my answer. my level best i will try solve the problem to our layman.,
one more thing past two days only am using laptop for answer., past one and half year i used mobile net only..
my mobile text will allow me to limited characters only.,
even welcome your comment about me..
and i have a habit that if any one experts adopted my opinion i will thank him immediately..
and you are right arunagiri sir., agreeing with experts opinion not an issues sir.but something more than that..

Mr Tom u are amongst the first to score points I see you reply twice or thrice in same query one after other so earn 3 points per post so u earn 6 to 9 in same post so u will rank top defaulter in ur survey :)

well,I too had noticed this aspect of Your split postings.
Now only I had realised that you have done due to the technical limitations.
if there is some editing for the posts with "i agree" type opinions or no points,it would have been better.

It is wise to help people here and not to think what others are doing.
This site is for any single member or for the selected few.
What is the harm if someone is scoring or not?
One should think about what is he doing , not that others are doing.
Else nobody can excel himself.

Dear Shailesh,
Why you want to get any of them exposed openly, when you know yourself very well who are such persons who are not satisfied with even one, two or three answers of his own, but post even several split replies continuously on the same question just in the rat race to get on the top of the list hurriedly? I agree with Devajyoti in principle. Let them get high scores, we should do our own job sincerely to help the querists. The querists normally are impressed with the relevant replies of experts, not by the scores they get for themselves.

Very good saying by Mr.Barman. I completely agree with his views. One who help really, he could be seen by others.

I already object those expert in openly! two experts always type universal sentence "Agree with experts".
Even, It is very interesting that without reading previous replies of experts.Some time conflict between two experts opinion.

all we know about our ramachandran sir.,
first he avoid to answer to anonymous's query., after that now days totally he stopped to answer query replys. by this kind of peoples he stopped his reply.
result: we missing him.,
even very rarely he coming to answer for worth full queries.
and i know about our barman sir., he also will not response to anonymous queries.
i know some time i will be rude with some anonymous., but am sure., never i wont hurt layman. while our advocate brothers misuse the anonymous option i will try to stop them., thats all.

am frankly open a bitter truth., on last sunday just i used one of the trick to just earn points LIKE THOSE PEOPLES., 30 numbers queries i just read and agreed with some of our experts., (to unanswered query by me)
i was expecting any one to comment about me., but no one come out.,
now i feel shame and guilty for earned THAT 30 POINTS in that way., my dignity not allowed me to do so.,
so i came here with this query.,
EVEN MY OPINION NOT AGAINST TO AGREE WITH EXPERT'S OPINIONS., IF WE AGREE WITH OUR EXPERT'S EARLIER ANSWERS MEAN ITS WILL GIVE STRENGTH TO EXPERT'S ANSWER., ITS WILL GIVE BELIEVE TO THE LAYMAN.,

Your observation is quite right. Even today, if you see today's posts, you will find enblock continuous entries of one particular person with same reply of "I agree with experts" etc., in spite of the fact that others' answers to some questions are quite contrary to each other.

With reference to your post remembering Shri Ramachandran, although that may not be appropriate on my part to reply on behalf of someone else, but I hope you would like to fully appreciate that none of the experts can be expected always to stick to the forum just to search and answer the questions of the querists.
Every one has also to attend his own priorities and routines pertaining to his profession and personal life. So, all depends upon the spare time with each one of the experts. This can also be the main reason for Shri Ramachandran not enriching us with his valuable views and opinions for the last few days.

my opinion that i missing him here., and reason i know., and i not compel you to adopt my opinion sir.,
as a senior, and a settled advocate you may not be need any one's experience. but as youngsters, junior advocates i need his style, and experiences. that only i coming to say.,

reading replies of various experts enriches our knowledge .
a suggestion was made earlier by some experts that score system be scrapped but i believe that adminstrator did not agree .

Dear friends, we cannot correct all. The purpose of this forum must be to solve the problems of needy and also for sharing of knowledge of experts practicing in different fields. The answers to queries must not be intended to upgrade the score. Please make it a point by experts not to answer query on a subject not thoroughly known to them. We are doing service to the society, by spending our time energy and also money, while sitting for answering queries. Hence take it in that spirits.

BTW, this is my second post on the same thread, please don't construe it as scoring tactics.
Ala Baba Ranchor Das Chanchar, I have a strong apathy towards this whole point system since my childhood, though I never came second ever :P (Don't think always came first either).
Ladders does strange things to people. My recommendation would be to delete such system altogether.
Also, how does it matter in strictest sense, if someone increases his score? More clientele?
Just airing my views.....

After fully reading the thread and opinion of each and every participant, I have come to the conclusion that we all should do our duty first with honestly and diligently without caring for others. The aim and object of this portal might be initially to fetch maximum law experts under the garb of point system but when this portal has become very very popular as on day so the need of appraisal system seems to be a burden and a cause of unhealthy atmosphere among various experts.
We experts need not reach to unanimity on every subject but it shall be better to react in a police manner instead of pinching and taunting language.
I request Admin to please scrap this system of points with immediate effect keeping in view the opinion of the experts and prevailing unhealthy competitiveness.
I welcome open criticism of my act and conduct from Admin as well as any member of LCI including my learned experts with undertaking to take that criticism as a step to mend my ways and I assure to come to the aims and objects of portal.
If someone feels that my presence in the portal is the only reason for this unhealthy atmosphere being felt by everyone here then in the larger interest of society and this portal, I offer to immediately quit this portal with no complaint against any one.
I am awaiting the response of Admin and experts over my offer.

It might be just a coincidence your post preceded mine.Tom!typing is not so easy for me.It takes too much time as i use only index finger and look letter by letter on the key board as i have not learned it,though i realize at this juncture one must learn it.Then i have to be alert about
mistake as i have found my self getting cheked even for a wrong press of space bar.
The beginning is not mine.My reaction was also not spontaneous.I took the charge only
when it crossed the limits.Then i am from a land of RISHI DURBASHA.
you are so lovely for me that instead of getting angry on any thing i would like slap myself.you are junior most among us then you deserve love of all of us at bar.
As regards to your thread i may not need to say any thing as "for or against"when i have advocated abolition of recognition system of any kind of valuation of the services we are rendering.
Look we should give consideration to your post from many angel!
Suppose i am a junior and i have joined bar
but being aware of this i join it.i chase questions and answers of experts.Many time i knew the answer but lack the confidence just because of nervousness or for lack of expressions.Then there i shall naturally write words like agree not necessarily to raise my score card but to save it in my box of expert attended queries so that when i face a similar problem in my practice life i may look back to these which otherwise not be easier to hunt for.I have bonafide believe people against whom you are any of us have a complaint are requested to consider this aspect too.gradually i shall also become able to write words then sentences then paragraphs,
then pages then maybe books like Mulla,who knows????
SO WE SHOULD IGNORE JUNIORS ON THIS SCORE ALONE.If you think Ali is your worry,then no yaar,he is very cool guy,i have a bias for him as he always agree with me.Why you want a dispute with one who has no dispute even with your opinion connected with others.
Now let me take cases of seniors.To me when ever i attend a query and find no difference i put my seal of agreement not for point but to let questioner gain confidence that may be it was TOM's answer but that is the correct answer.I have pious
obligation there to keep Tom as well as of the questioner's confidence continuously raising.It is grudge of scoring that even my this pious obligation discharge is stinking.
In another case suppose i am mistaken on facts or law and a junior corrects me again
my pious obligation bounds me to admit that mistake to confirm that junior's opinion admitting myself wrong as ignoring this aspect shall again wrongly but bona fidely
create doubt in the mind of questioner and he will underweight the right answer against a wrong answer just because of good
will impressions of a senior he has in his mind.
I can count infinite even for being pro to"yes !i agree also but i know Tom is very intelligent and it would be boring for him to read it infinite.

as of my my lovable senior members's advise am resolving the query without talk any thing more about for what i posted this query.
even i want to share some thing with all of you., i am not in the race to earn points., always my intention to help our peoples who are insufficient knowledge in law.
mostly first i will give my answer in the query reply., if i feel that my answer is correct mean i will send it as personal message to the subject persons., my peoples like me for this. who got satisfied by me, they are keeping friendship with me apart from this forum.,
to get fame or earn money in this profession not my intention., y not legal services? its my firm's name. right now we are doing in small levels. we are 7 guys in this firm., we are without financial background, man power's background., forth-nite or monthly once we will take a trip to any one village., and doing a free legal aid camp. our intention not to get case or clients., just for giving legal awareness., we will organise the camp through any one of the friend from that village., we wont get any money for this service., nut but they will provide a good lunch for us., we are happy for this., in some places some peoples kissed us while they send off us., in future we will do in big level.,
but some body here misusing the query option., that some body not only laymen, include some our advocate friends., i cant tolerate that., thats all.
two days back some one our expert told me "mind your business only, you are not authority of lawyers club india" i replied him as "for correct you, i can't bring our sri.prakash sir, in front of me if you do mistakes mean i will try to cirrect it". that thing only tempt me to do this.,
now it self am saying if any of our friends do mistake mean i will show it, try to correct it, i treating you all as our family members in lci. so as one of the member in our family i have this rights.,

I fully agreed with you.
I understand u r 10th , and the present scenario may drop u to 11th, that does not show in top ten , however u have a valid point.
I too observed this, though I m here for only last 1 month, found few expert do not contribute that help the Query, but just reply that have objectives to get point.
I believe if at all, LCI should give point on the basis of Quality Answers, not quantity of or numbers of replies to get point, to be in race, and also misguide, or write something for nothing, If answer is not relevant or false as per law expert team, there should be negative point also. so all experts will behave in responsible way, and dignity of EXPERTS are maintained.
I am of opinion not to comment on other expert, just reply what you have to say, and let others decide on it.
Keep Dignity of Experts, Never mind, they err somewhere, or forget abt points.
Nobody ask you "u agree or not with the expert" nobody want to know that.
if u have something to say, say it. Thats all. I hope u understand what i mean ! If we agree, it is a feather in our cap, else, what common people thinks abt us?? The reader is no fool, he understand.
