SC certificate issued by Delhi govt valid for central job?

I have a SC certificate approved by the central govt. But in my home town (where my father belongs to) my caste come under the OBC.

Can I apply in Staff selection commission (ssc) job as a SC candidate???

Proof of living at particular place and Proof of caste of your father is mandatory for issuance of Caste Certificate

Whatever your father's caste is that is the caste you will have to sadopt.YOU BELONG to obc. to adopt.You apply for Staff selection commission job on the basis of obc certificate.
