There is a sra construction going by the developer sai krupa in our area of the transit camp. There are is one questions on which I need the help from your side.
1 - 65% of the people have moved taking rent of one year from the developer to another place.
2 – The remaining 35% of the people are waiting for the completion of the transit camp.
3 – If more 5% of the people also move taking rent from the developer to another places.
4 - The demand of the reaming 30% people is to move to the transit camp.
5 – In this case Can the developer demolished hutments of the reaming 30% people living in the area?
6 – As per as the Sec 33 & 38 of Maharashtra Slum Areas.
Please… Would appreciate your help in this case..

Unless every resident do not become agree, the developer cannot demolish the hutments.
