hi,meri shaadi april 8-2012 ko hua that and after one week meri wife or uske ghrwale shuru hogaye ki apne gharse share lelo or humare pass ake raho or maine mana kardiya.uske baad maine meri wife ke phone mein recording shuru kardiya ek maine suna ki meri wife or mera father in law plan kar rahe hai ki "koi baat nahi thode dino ke baad poison deke usse khatam kardenge or half property tujhe miljayega"uske baad meri wife ne meri mummy ko gali di or maine usse maara.phir uske gharwale aye or mujhe maarne k liye haath uthaya to maine bhi maara uske baad unhone police station mein complant kardiya or meri wife ke gharwalo ne bola ki "hume humara gold dedo hum ja rahe hai or police station mein hi stamp paper pe likhe diya or video bhi liya hai.ab february mein ek bacha hua hai humara uske baad unlogo ne mera upar kase kardiya hai.
kya ye stammp paper valid hai court mein?
pls help me,i am mentally disturbed and abhi bhi mein usse wapas bularaha hu lekin wo bol rahi hai ki court ke throuh kharcha lungi. jo faisla hua tha wo mein attach kar raha hu pls help me

There is no attachment with this post. Stamp paper par aap ne kya likha? If it is divorce written on stamp paper then, it has no legal validity. Anyway, if you want to make legal attempts to bring your wife back for cohabitation then, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the court.

madam it was not divorce.usme meri wife ne likha tha ki wo apni marzi se apna jwellery or ac sab leke jarahi hai and 3 months ka time panchayat ne usse diya hai apne husband ko samajne ya samjhane ka agar 3 months baad mein nahi ayi to mein divorce ke liye file kardungi and ab bacha hone ke baad domestic violence ka case kardiya hai or uske brother,papa and meri wife mujhe mentally torture kar rahe hai.mujhe kuchsamaj mein nahi araha hai kya karu.unka ek hi maksad hai ki wo ghar bheta or maintannace milta rahe.mein aj bhi usse bularaha hu lekin uske gharwale or wo bolrahe hai ki nahi ayange and ghar bhetke maintannace lelenge.

Contact a local lawyer and file case of RCR. You have mentioned that they have lodged a case against you. What type of case? Your local family lawyer would defend you properly in the case.
