Sir the complainant in his cross examination in a cheque bounce case has denied the filing of ITR but actually files for the reason that he has not showed the transaction in ITR. as it was given for a short period Now can the complainant be charged u/s 191 r/w sec 193 of IPC ?

When a party is giving false evidence, you can not file a complaint, only the presiding officer of that court can file the complaint.
For that you have to file a petition u/s 340 340 cr.p.c. to the court where in the false evidence was adduced.
