A person z filed a false case u/s 506,34 IPC .the statements of witness, z, police complaint are contradictory. Can I file application u/s 245(2) or should I file for giving false evidence before court

1) What is the background of the case?

2) Which contradiction you have noticed in the state,emts of witnesses and/or the police complaint?

3) How do you come across about section 245(2) and what do you know about itsd contents? and also

4) What is the opinion of your own lawyer?

the contradiction about 2 events in police complaint , in a civil suit and in criminal suit regarding date of occurance of events. and sequence of events and no. of people involved is contradictory. The witness too has stated in criminal suit exactly same statement as by complainant in the criminal suit which differs from the complainant's other two versions. the civil suit and the criminal suit were filed on the same day. the civil suil was dismissed for non appearence of plaintiff. all in all the criminal suit is about an incident that nevet occurred.
