Is there any latest judgment ordering direction to register complaint by wife against husband under Dowry Prohibition Act?

sorry Mr. Ganesan....now there has been no. of judgments of SC are available which would say, the high courts can not direct either for registration of FIR or arrest of an individual.
if the complainant has any grouse then he/ she shall approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate by way of complaint under S. 156 (3) Cr.P.C., in a case when the police resuses to register FIR
instantly m not havin any judgement now, but u can search for it SC judgments in the year 2008.
