Do I have to get an anticipatory bail? Should I have to get it from High court or lower court? In case I surrender, can I get a regular bail?
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 11 September 2010
Anticpatory from sessions court , on surrender lower court may or may not grant bail.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 12 September 2010
You can pray for anticipatory bail bail from both sessions court and high court. If you surrender then you could be put behind the bar at once if the court wishes to reject the bail prayer.
