Que.1.In an Order given in favor of wife by Family Court for RCR under Section 9 of HMA after 4.5 years of Desertion,Can the affected Party i.e. Husband ask for Conditional Order Such as:
Que.1A.Order should Ask the Wife for HIV Screening as he does`nt know what kind of relations she had during Desertion Period?
Que.1B.Order should also Incorporate that their should`nt be any cases Like 498A and DV be filed against Husband in Future?
Que.1C.Order should incorporate that any killings or Suicide in Husband Family as result of RCR Order Wife should be held responsible?
and Few other Conditions you Experts Know them well?

1A. This is purely creulty on the part of husband. Is he ready for the same test?
1B. If husband gives reasons in future for those reasons then how can she be bound not to agitate against such husband? The denial of justice is not available in legal fora.
1C. This means you have fully prepared for her killing and she shall be responsible for that. what a good joke?????
It seems that you are not a human being what to talk a good husband.

Raj ji, With Due Regards, their is always a reason for u to be offended by the Questions, but think other way if Husband is Rogue why should the Wife is interested in Restitution?

Raj Ji is perceiving the 3rd question as Husband is prepared to xxxxxxx but read it clearly without any emotions,
Que is "Any killings or Suicide in Husband Family"?
As far Health is concerned yes Husband is ready for the Test why not? HIV is not a Joke t deal with?

Once the order ispassed,how you can get the conditional order? You should prefer appeal.
