Section 91 crpc can be ivoked to the income tax authrites?

The wife is earning more than 1 Lkah per month but has concealed her income and profession filed 125 CrPC demanding 50,000 p.m AS MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE despite of knowing that her husband salary is much less than her
In such case whether Application under section 91 can be filed against the Petitioner( Wife) as well as the Income Tacx Authorites to disclose her income from all sources on the basis of which she file the return?

Yes. The husband has to prove her income by way of bringing the relevant record of her service from all possible sources and thereafter husband is free to initiate perjury case against his wife.

Thanks Makkad for reply..Can application be filed u/s 91 CrPC compelling her to show her details of the job, bank statements, annual Income tax return and income from all other sources??
