BUT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO REGISTERED IT.

Yes you can incorporate a company with security objects. Its very simple but you will have to hire a professional like CS for doing this. First you have to decide whether Private Limited company or Public Limited company. I think initially private limited company will serve your purpose.
procedure is as follows:
Step1 is to get DIN (DIRECTOR IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) of two directors. (for a private company there must be at least two directors.
STEP 2: GET DIGITAL SIGNATURES OF ONE DIRECTOR
STEP 3: FILE FORM 1A FOR NAME AVAILABILITY
STEP 4: FILE OTHER FORMS WITH FEW DOCUMENTS.

If you want to incorporate the COMPANY follow Kiran 's advice.You can start security providing business as partnership or proprietorship also for that you need not go for much paperwork .obtain shop act license,register under service tax.and inform nearest police station.

There are a lot more formalities.It is your choice how you propose to do business. Whether as proprietorship or as partnership
or as a company.
A SECURITY firm of either three kinds needs to go through lot of registrations before various authorities depending upon state's law and regulations in this regard.
