Can security interest be created regarding pond? Whether Bank provide loan facilities to a property which has been recorded as POND in the Settlement?

Is it a fishery pond? To my best, If is a fishery pond, then get a Mudra loan.

The bank will have its own rules and regulations for granting loan based on the facts before it.
It is the discretion of bank, hence you may approach the bank with an application, if they reject then you can ask them the reason for confirmation
