Under which section of crpc my elder parents can ask maintenance from me.

How much they will get from my salary?

How much time it will take if I want to pay them from day1?

They can file a petition u/sec 125 Cr.P.C. for their maintenance if they have no sufficient income.Quantum of maintenance may be granted by the court on the basis of your income and liabilities,generally 1/3 of your net income and also discretion of Court.They can also file a Writ Petition in High Court under article 226 of Indian Constitution.
