please advice me for service tax, sir service tax has abolished on immovable propery.

No the service tax is not abolished on renting of immoveable property. However, the matter is sub-judice before the Supreme Court.

Service tax is duly payable in the given matter.

Whether service tax is at all payable or not is a matter of debate. Hon'ble Delhi High Court has treated it as unconstitutional. The Department has filed an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. But, if you collect service tax either you have to deposit the same or return to the consumer.
