Share in property

(Querist) 24 December 2017 This query is : Resolved
dear advocate,
my mother wants to disown me.how can i get my share in the property.i have two sisters.
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 25 December 2017
1. "IF" the immovable property belongs to Father, (Presuming IF not alive and died without a will), THEN the mother /sisters CANNOT disown or abandon you or your property rights on the Father property (of any kind). HOWEVER, if the property is self-acquired by mother, THEN she can disown /abandon you without any reference to you (only if mother is mentally fit).

2. File civil proceedings, for your share of your fathers property, as applicable.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

Such a proposition is unknown to law. Of course, your mother, during her life, is entitled to enter into arrangements/transactions with respect to her self-earned property and ensure that there is nothing left for you to inherit as her legal heir.

Are you a male or female?
Are you major or minor?

Are you all Hindu?
Who is the owner of said property; Mother, father?
The property is self acquired/ancestral in the hands of owner if Father is owner or self acquired/absolute in the hands of owner if Mother is owner?

You may also post if the mother is Sr Citizen.
If you wish you may post the reason for such harsh decision by Mother!

If your mother want to disown you, you already have lost every thing.
Just try to get exchanged the things. Give her all you have and just wait, She will return some blessings.
These may be higher than value of your all properties.
Enjoy life, do not pass.

You have been responded in all threads.

Pool all posts in all threads and as a last attempt get satisfied by visiting a LOCAL counsel as already suggested, and understand merits if any and options if any per facts/details/evidence on record in your matter.
