Siniority loss....

my sister appointed as clerk in district industries center (punjab govt)in 1988.
in 2010 they shifted in center in punjab test house.
now recently they again shifted in district industries center ludhiana.
due to that she loss her seniority ...what should she do to gain her seniority again?????

I t appears that You have not been able to give description of the problem properly. Shifting from one place to another of an organisation cannot affect seniority of employees of any department or branch of the department. Seniority can be affected only on merger or takeover of one organisation in to another by inter adjustment of employees of one organisation and the other on account of the criteria of joining or permanency date of the employees.

So at first, better understand the problem on account of what she has lost her seniority and only then come forward with proper description to find solution.

i m back with my ques again sir plz suggest

in 2010 she got transfer in center in punjab test house.
now recently the offices related to punjab test house are closed and the employes are transferred to district industries center ludhiana.
due to that she loss her seniority ...what should she do to gain her seniority again?????

same query again with little modification .The answer is the same it seems departmental transfer so no point of seniority loss

I have gone through the rehabilitation scheme of Punjab State to that extent and have found that her appointment in the department shall be treated as new one hence she shall not be entitled for the grant of any seniority, however, the policy of the State can be got challenged before High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh.
