First of all approach to Management of Society and put the case before them, they have enough right to remove the unauthorized construction. If they did not take any action then you can approach to authority who allotted the land (in Delhi it is Delhi Development Authority or DSIIDC) and Supervisory authority (in Delhi MCD)

Society is fully empowered to file a case against its member, violating terms and conditions of membership as well as aims and objects of society. A resolution has to be passed authorizing anyone to initiate legal action against such member and thereafter Society Court can be knocked.
