Solvency certificate for bail

Hello,
I have few questions and need answers urgently.

1.I got bail on 14th October and it is 8 weeks conditional bail.so when does it ends?after 2 mths thats 14th December or 9th dec thats 8 weeks.(Is 9th also counted in that?)
2.I have to submit solvency certificate which i am not getting after trying for 2 months.i am on bail of 1 lakh.i have deposited cash.i have read some forum and told my lawyer about fixed deposit but he said court wont accept that.solvency is must(he is very known and reputed lawyer and this case is in killa court.)
so is there any other way out for this?
3.is it ok if i arrange solvency certificate of property in Gujarat?is it valid?
4. tomorrow we will apply for bail extension is it too late or just before one day it can be done?how many days more we will get in extension?
5.can we apply for bail modification at killa court?
6.what are the chances of me getting arrested on 9th if none of this happens and is there any way to get out of it.shall i apply for anticipatory bail?

Please answer this asap as i need to proceed things in day or two.

Gujrat solvancy will be acceptable to the court.

You can also submit recognised financial instruments such as fixed deposit reciepts etc.

Normally courts do not accept such instruments even provision in the law because of security reasons. But you insist and the same will be accepted.

Go for revision for this issue only.

and what are chance of them arresting me again? n when can they do it?shall i apply for anticipatory bail?is that valid in such case?

Revision is filed in next higher court for correction of the order passed.

Now bail is granted so normally no arrest, meanwhile file application for correction of bail order for substitution of financial instruments. Otherwise your Gujrat solvancy will be acceptable , if in Gujarati get it translated and attested by a notary.

I mean to say what if i dont fulfill court order for bail condition?it gets cancelled and they can re-arrest me.isnt that right?

What condition you are not able to fulfill pl explain.

You said you have deposited cash and now ready to give Gujrat solvancy so no problem.

when i got the bail judge ordered one lac cash and then given 8 weeks conditional bail. in that condition was to get solvancy certificate within 8 weeks.
I am asking i have someone who can give me gujarat solvancy.its nt done yet but if thats valid i can process that and that may take some time.so that way isnt it considered that i have broken the court order of submitting solvancy.wont it mean cancellation of bail order?

You can request for extention of time to the court for solvancy and it will be granted.

Keep cool and contact your advocate he will do it for you. Extension will be granted on last day also.

And where this case is located.

I was surprised when I went to Kolkatta there even against NBW warrant court granted bail on personal guarntee of an advocate.

Most probably it will be extended, and y do u worry, with reputed lawyer. he must hv suggested u. Esplanade ct hv liberal stds. Try to justify ur delay.

Mention city.

Once bail is granted not cancelled for such minor matters , you will be given extension . As suggested above explain delay and seek extention.

My lawyer has made application for extension yesterday and we will be going to court today.my lawyer has pledged for 4 weeks extension.is there any chances of they arresting me today if extension don't get approved my judge?
